Pig Iron Theatre’s School for Advanced Performance Training Evaluation Project

Maren Brown Associates developed an evaluation plan and new evaluation protocols for the School for Advanced Performance Training (APT), a new program of Pig Iron Theatre in Philadelphia.  The plan reflected a deep examination of APT’s current evaluation efforts and capacity, was grounded in a thorough review of the organization and the context in which it operates, and included the opinions and ideas of a broad cross-section of APT’s students, staff, board members, and others who have an interest in APT’s work.
