New Hampshire State Council on the Arts Strategic Plan
Maren Brown Associates led a comprehensive strategic planning process on behalf of the New Hampshire State Council on the Arts. The plan was designed to gather broad-based input into the Council’s operations and services over the five year period of 2014-2018, and included the design and administration of constituent surveys, focus groups and in-depth interviews with experts in various fields related to the work of the Council. Brown also worked with Council staff on designing evaluation metrics to capture progress on the goals and objectives outlined in the plan.
