New England Presenters Strategic Plan

Maren Brown Associates, LLC was retained to lead New England Presenters’ strategic planning process.   As part of the project, Brown conducted benchmarking research into four comparable national presenting organizations and led a retreat of NEP members.  The final plan was presented to the full membership for approval in March, 2012.
