New England Consortium of Artist-Educator Professionals Planning Retreat

Maren Brown Associates worked with the New England Consortium of Artist-Educator Professionals (NECAP) steering committee on the planning and facilitation of a planning retreat to guide discussion of effective organizational and programmatic structures and possible revenue strategies to fund its operations.  The consultancy included the preparation and administration of an online survey designed to surface key planning issues in advance of the meeting.

The work was organized into three phases:  (I) review and analysis of documentation about NECAP’s prior work in the area of organizational and programmatic structures and revenue strategies; (II) development of planning retreat, including the design and administration of an online survey to surface key issues and questions that concern organizational and programmatic structure and revenue generation; and, (III) facilitation of the planning retreat and debrief with planning committee members.
