Delaware Division of the Arts Strategic Plan

Maren Brown Associates facilitated a strategic planning process for the Delaware Division of the Arts, including gathering constituent input through focus groups, interviews, regional meetings and two online surveys.  Detailed reports analyzing the results of the research were offered to Division of the Arts for review and integration into the plan.  Maren Brown and Mary Margaret Schoenfeld led two planning retreats with staff and members of the Delaware Arts Council to shape the research and synthesize the results.  A final strategic plan was drafted by the consulting team, and metrics for measuring the success of the plan were created in consultation with Division of the Arts leadership.
