New England Foundation for the Arts Strategic Planning
Maren Brown conducted constituent research as part of the New England Foundation for the Arts’ (NEFA) strategic planning process. The project consisted of four key components: interviews with thought leaders, a survey sent to NEFA constituents, focus groups and the development and analysis of a constituent meeting assessment protocol.
Massachusetts Cultural Council Creative Economy Program Planning Project
Analysis of state of Massachusetts creative economy strategies on behalf of the Massachusetts Cultural Council. Led team of researchers to conduct survey of previous creative economy grant recipients, conduct stakeholder interviews and research best practices nationally and internationally.
Juneau Arts And Humanities Council Marketing Assessment
Maren Brown Associates recently completed a comprehensive marketing assessment for the Juneau Arts and Humanities Council, using audit tools developed by the firm to analyze the arts marketing efforts of JAHC against best practices in the field. The project was funded by the Rasmuson Foundation.
New England Presenters Strategic Plan
Maren Brown Associates, LLC was retained to lead New England Presenters’ strategic planning process.
