Arts Planning Projects
Western State Arts Federation Presentation Design and Facilitation
Maren Brown and Mary Margaret Schoenfeld designed and facilitated the session, Being Strategic Now, as part of the Western States Arts Federation’s Executive Director’s Forum for the state and jurisdictional agencies that comprise WESTAF’s catchment area.
Mid Atlantic Arts Foundation Strategic Plan
Maren Brown Associates worked with the Mid Atlantic Arts Foundation on the development of its strategic plan. The project engaged thousands of constituents and stakeholders through a variety of research methods. Mid America Arts Alliance Strategic Plan
Maren Brown Associates worked with the Mid America Arts Alliance on the development of its strategic plan. Massachusetts Cultural Council Strategic Plan
Maren Brown Associates worked with the Massachusetts Cultural Council on the development of its strategic plan. The project engaged thousands of constituents and stakeholders through focus groups, surveys, regional meetings, and interviews. Sandglass Theater Strategic Plan
Maren Brown Associates facilitated the development of a strategic plan for the puppetry ensemble theater, Sandglass Theater in Putney, VT.

Connecticut College Arts Planning Project

Massachusetts Cultural Council Planning and Evaluation
Maren Brown Associates worked with the Massachusetts Cultural Council on a planning and evaluation project in support of their long-term work as an agency.
Pig Iron Theatre Company and University of the Arts Consulting
Maren Brown Associates worked with the Pig Iron Theatre Company to assist with the development of its MFA degree in Devised Performance partnership with the University of the Arts. This project was generously supported by the William Penn Foundation.
Delaware Division of the Arts Strategic Plan
Maren Brown Associates facilitated a strategic planning process for the Delaware Division of the Arts, including gathering constituent input through focus groups, interviews, regional meetings and two online surveys.
